things get damaged

I enjoy the workouts that involve some cardio.  They are more challenging, and my adrenaline really gets pumping.

I attempted real pull ups with some assistance.  I was able to complete 3 sets of 4-5 reps.

muscle group worked: chest
I am benching 95 lbs for 3 sets of 6-8 with a spotter.
