It is snowing in Atlanta. I feel sick tonight; my heart rate was around 180 when I finished climbing stairs. I think I am coming down with something.

50 flights of stairs with 15# weight vest
time to complete: 17:55
I am happy with this time, as it is similar to my time with no weight vest when I first started running stairs 4-6 months ago.
